Am I having back spasms, or did I pull a muscle in my back?

I was playing basketball, and right when I jump up for the lay-up I feel something in my upper middle back either pull or start to spasm. I have never felt pain like this in my back before and I consider myself to be above average when dealing with athletics. At first it was hard to even walk around, hard to breathe as well. It feels like there are two tightened up on the right and left of my spine. The hardest thing for me to do is sit-up. Sitting up puts the most stress on those two spots. My salwater fish turned absolutely fresh water! Is this strange or what???

I know this is really weird, and I am the type of person to usually be on top of everything when it comes to my fish, but I've been working and schooling full time each so I am never home much. Anyhow, I have a lid on my tank that is raised about 5 inches from the top of the tank, and it therefor evaporates water FAST. Once a week, I or someone lese has to fill almost two inches back up. I haven't tested the salt water level since I moved in almost a year ago, and in thinking that salt DOES not evaporate with the water and the fact that my fish are thriving, I procrastenated. I finally tested it, and it was completely SALT FREE. I never thought it could be pssible, but it is, I bought a second tester to double check. Has this ever happened to anyone before?

well since you tested with late night and forced urine that may be diluted i would say you still have a chance. also with this pregnancy i didn't get a light positive until my period was 4 days late. and it was really light. it took another 3-4 days before i got a real strong positive. You should test with first morning urine and if its still negative tomorrow then wait a few days. if its still negative or you get your period then there's always next month. took me 6 months to get pregnant this time around. also some women bleed during there pregnancy so you could still be pregnant.good luck.

My cats ate kibble and canned food for 15 years and I switched them recently to raw organic grain-free with just small amounts of Wysong Uretic because if Tigger doesn't have it she will absolutely get a UTI. They can eat it, but for example right now it's lamb stew meat on the menu for them and the meat has to be cut into tiny chunks about as big as a pea for Tigger and slightly bigger for Tabitha. The willingness is there-Tabitha will eat huge chunks when it's ground, but their jaw strength is just dismal. Their teeth actually aren't bad and they are generally healthy, strong cats, but you can't expect 15 years of commercial chow not to do some damage. That's something I'll always have to live with I suppose, but I'm trying to help them as best I can. On the bright side, I can already see an amazing difference in them!

If you did not cycle the tank then that is probably the cause of why your fish are dying, and if you get more they will continue to die. Cycle first. Also, 10 fish to add in one day is a lot. You should only add a couple fish at once or it will cause a huge ammonia spike that could kill the fish, especially if your tank is not large. Last, neon tetras are active fish and should be in at least 15-20 gallons, so if your tank is smaller than that, it could have contributed.

Magic the Gathering Deck Ideas?

Ok, so I've been playing Magic for a while now, I have quite a stack of extra cards (plenty of each color) that I want to make some new decks out of. In the past, I've always gotten an idea from some premade deck I've seen or someone else's deck that I got some inspiration from playing with. But now I'm kinda out of the loop (I stopped playing for about 6 months) and I need some ideas for some more complex and creative decks. My favorite deck that I have now is a black/blue suspend deck that I modified from a premade. It basically runs on paradox haze, reality acid, and reality strobe. My engine wont crank with spark plugs in?

Recently replaced the timing chain on my 1991 Ford EB falcon. Im sure the valve timing is correct and the engine cranks over fine without spark plugs but when I put the spark plugs in the engine hardly cranks not even by hand. It seems like the compression is so good that it cant crank and the spark plugs aren't hitting the top of the pistons. What is going on.

The father of the 3 children gave up rights and the mother was terminated forcefully. The cause of the issues stemmed from the unknown abuse from the Father and known abuse from the mother. Due to the involvement of this person and marriage to the father, should this parent keep trying to get custody of these children? Again she got involved with the abuse of the other three not ever realizing and no one saying different including the state that the father was doing this behind closed doors. Now this parent not knowing the abuse that occurred when she wasn't around and the children finally set the record straight to the anger and abusive nature in therapy over the last 2 years and having no contact with these children and one being hers, what should she do? Now she has not money for lawyer, the father is no longer in the picture, the other mother is not allowed to be in the picture and the father of her child is terminated too. The state refused her a lawyer in the past and has not granted her one since. The children would like to be raised by her but seeing how the state is making their mind up for them, they are stuck with no voice. She feels too upset in court to display appropriate law tactics to help her case and needs a lawyer to help. This is a Texas case. Now knowing children in states custody even over the age of 8 have little to no chance of adoption with emotionally issues which the three had and now her child has and them more likely being moved from home to home in the next years until reaching age of 18 with not foundation or help from the State at 18. What should she do? Has looked for lawyers for 3 years in all of this and refused lawyer services and doesn't make enough money to pay her own. Her family wipe their hands of this and have their own prior CPS records of abuse to her thus no able to take the children. Now the three children's families have done the same thing, they refused to raised them and the state tried to place them. So they have one parent who wants them and has asked for help for everything under sun when she had them and due false allegations that the State states they are false still not help her get them back. The foster family for Texas gets $25 plus a day for each child, free medical, free clothes, free food vouchers, free school supplies and free daycare for them. What should she do? Legislation could care less.

The logic behind this is that when the power supply is plugged in, with the a-s strap attached to the power supply frame, you would be directly connected to your house's (or whatever building's) ground via the breaker panel. I have installed memory modules and various other components many times, but always with the unit plugged in. There is really nothing you can do except use warm compresses on your . They will very soon get used to how much your baby needs. Don't use cold compresses as that suppresses milk supply. I would unlatch her. If she wakes back up, then try putting a pacifier in her mouth first and if she won't take that, then try feeding her again. I would try to get her to not use you as a pacifier early and now because its not good in the long run. My 11 month old daughter uses me as a pacifier at night and its horrible. She is still waking up 2-3 times a night when she realizes she isn't attached to me. But I wouldn't do anything that sacrifices your feeding with her.

I'm 17 and a senior in high school. I have known "Hailey" for over a year now, and we have had 3 cles together. At first we flirted a lot, and she seemed really into me. Vista is the Only OS I would recommend for you, because it is so well organized and indexed. Only thing I would recommend upgrading is the Vista OS to Ultimate, and also for CS:S and COD4, that integrated sound won't work, even on low. Everything else is nice.

No running endurance?

A few days ago I ran the 800metres in my school's sports day. I had never ran a race as long as that in quite a few years and I didnt know what to expect. At the beggining of the race, I ran at mid-pace and found myself in 1st position. From then on I decided to run a bit faster. However, as I ped the 400 metre mark, fatigue kicked in, my legs were numb, my chest hurt badly and I could taste blood in my mouth. I carried on running until I knew I had to stop or I would faint. Yet, I carried on until the last 100 metre, where I was overtaken and I finished second. After the race I was sick and coughed up blood. Any tips on what I should do, I really want to be able to run long distance races but I dont think I'm capable of them. Any tips on nutrition or training regimes?

I grew up in upstate NY and Boston M but i recently visited Virginia to see an old friend from high school and noticed the confederate flag flying. My grade for the semester...?

So I had a "B" on our midterm, probably around an A-B average for the quizzes and then took the final exam, which I think I got probably a B to a C. So I logged onto the universities website where you go to check grades and for that cl my grade was listed as "incomplete." If a grade hasn't been posted that space is blank. I have "smart dreams" all the time. I think a lot. I have found myself working calculus problems, physics problems in my sleep. I have found myself creating incredibly difficult algorithms to solve riddles that I couldnt solve consciously. I have found myself discovering spiritual and philosophical truths that I wake from and write huge discourses about. Sometimes I get overwhelmed in my sleep and it scares me awake. I often wake up with headaches constantly because, even though Im asleep, my brain refuses to shut off and take a rest. I get headaches if I dont think enough and dont challenge my intellect enough. Is anyone else like this?

Why am i having problems booting with my overclock?

i have a dual core e7200 processor and the thing has only boot at 3.8 ghz once now, but during that boot it was flawless as i tested it using super pi and i gamed in BC2 for 2 hours. I also tested my WEI with it. in order to get that clock speed i did a 9.5x multiplier with an fsb of 400 mhz (ddr2 800 ram running in 2:1 ratio). however i just moved my computer to a different room and now even if i change my voltage from the 1.32 that i used to attain 3.8 ghz up to 1.45 volts, the computer still refuses to boot at anything more than 8.5x multiplier with fsb 400 (3.4 ghz). why am i having these discrepancies in boot-ability if my temps never went over 55C under full load at 3.8 ghz? does it need even more voltage? am i grounding it out? does my motherboard suck? maybe i could use a bios update? my motherboard is a microatx gigabyte g31m-s2l
