Does this boy like me?

So, I went to a party last night and this boy as he walked looked at me and then he asked my cousin "Who's that girl?" and she said that's Mel's sister. And then like 5 minutes later, my sister introduced me to him and i made me sister talk to him for me and he said "shes really pretty but i don't want a girl right now". And we were all sitting down together and he didn't even talk to me and he was just being dumb. So that just made me not even want to look at him for the rest of the night. And while he was dancing with this girl, he kept looking at me. what does that tell you? And I was sitting on a tree texting away from everyone and he kept looking at me. what does all of this mean?
