Should i go for him, or just stay friends?

Well, I would leave it a while longer and see if you start to like him more. But it sounds like you genuinely like him and I think that you have obviously grown up. So a date now would be completely different to the one before. Also it sounds like you have changed. In a good way. :) I think you should wait for him to ask you out because then it will give you sometime to decide how you feel about him. The best way to know if you like someone, is to imagine them with one of friends and how you'd feel about it, or if you found out that they had just started going out with someone else. How would you feel? That should tell you if you like him or not. The fact that you're friends means that the relationship would probably be much better now, than how it would have been because you have had sometime to get to know each other. I would say wait a bit and if he doesn't ask you go for it! I mean you'll regret it if you don't and it could be really good. Good luck. Hope this helps :)
