For those who took the PSAT or SAT with extended time?

For those that took the PSAT or SAT with extended time, how much did your grade increase when you took it with extended time vs normal? Or, if you never took it with the regular time, what was your score and what grade are you in? I need some hope:( because i got in the 160s :(
