Advice? about mean girls?

ok. so im having alot of problems at school. first there was this girl named jess and i thought she was talking about me so i did something i NEVER do and confronted her. i asked her if she was talking about me and she said no she wasn't if she was she would tell me to my face. then during cl one her BF went up to present a project and everyone on my side of the room started to laugh at her. well see she usually sits there and and laughs at people so they decided to give her at taste of her own medicine. well i noticed after lunch her and her friends were looking at me and laughing. so i figured they were talking about me. well it was getting bad. i knew that they talked about me before and i justt couldnt take it anymore. so then i wrote i note to my teacher telling her everything that was going on and that i was going to flip out on them. well my teacher sent me to guidance and all 4 guidance counslers were to come down next week and talk to us. well somehow everyone found out about this note and now everyone keeps on talking. so the day after i went to guidance i came in and everything was kinda fine. they were laughing at me when i did my presentation and all. so after lunch i decided to talk to this girl. so i was talking to some people bout all this and she overheard us and walked away. well i go over to talk to her and her friends are with her. and she turns around and she is balling her eyes out. we talk it out and everything seemed fine. well her friend jess was freaking out cause i made her friend cry. well the rest of the day in gym she stared at me and just laughed. today everyone found out about this note and i dont know what to do. see im a very weak minded person and i cant take this and when they laugh and stare i want to crawl up in a ball. I need some advicceee.
