Genetic basis of this... plz help! i need it!?

i'm doing a science project on Marfan's Syndrome and i really really need help. the question is: Name and describe the genetic basis of the disorder(which in my case is Marfan's Syndrome):explain whether there is a mutation at the level of DNA(a single gene), or at the level of the chromosomes; perhaps it is in the level of protein synthesis or something else (How is the genotype affected?) plz plz plz plz help me! i really need to know!!! thnx in advance!!!!!!!
