Will the police arrest me for leaving my cat & dog in the house during the tornado in Atkins, Arkansas?

I am not really sure. Why don't you call them and ask. Also, why did / would you leave them? Well, I can see, maybe you didn't have the time to get them out. Still, it is best you call them and ask, and face the consequences given.
