Meditation music are usually something with a beat that is close to your heart beat. In clical music, this would include any pieces that is in the Adagio movement. Pieces like Bach's Air on , Vivaldi's Four Seasons - Concerto No. 3 - Autumn etc. This type of music would induce your brain into the Alpha state. Thus, making it easier for you to relax. You could also practice deep breathing exercises too as you listen to these type of music. Good luck!
