It's a heartache, which music video/singer ?

I just remebered recently a song that i had seen on tv years ago. now I know the song is called it's a heartache but I'm trying to find aspecific video. In the video theres a woman(i guess the singer) inside a cage sorta thing(like a portable jail cell) and its getting lowered into the ground. Also theres a small crowd of people around and I think its raining. That probably sounds wierd but i kinda liked it.
