Does anyone know how to keep listening online to sirius radio without having to click the screen always?

When you listen to the online stream, if you don't click on the stream after a certain amount of time it pauses the broadcast. Is there anyway to make the browser trick it to keep it going so i don't have to get up and click it everytime?
