Are anti-evolution Christians who say, "If evolution is true why are there still monkeys?' just being.....?

"If man came from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?" is quite rare even on a site where the level of debate sinks as low as this one. I am an atheist and have more of a problem with my own team members asking "Why won't God heal amputees?" Fortunately that is getting rarer as well.
