Jailbroken itouch wallpaper problem HELP PLZ?

i have a wallpaper called electric blue and it usually is behind the icons. but now theres a problem and whenever im on the home pages where all the apps are the icons dissapear and the wallpaper stays. whenever i exit an app to the home page it happens again. to get the icons to reappear i have to do the shut down proceadure but press cancel! HELP!!!!!!! I tried to untick everything off winterboard but didnt work. still there
