GUYS ONLY please)-this guy asked me out I said no, and this is why...would you take me back?

OK last summer 2008, this guy asked me out in the most romanticist way ever, and he really liked me and had liked me for along time. When he asked me out...well lets just say I said no. But I only said no because there was this guy who also liked me, and I felt bad because I never told that guy off so thats why I said no to the first guy (the one who asked me out really romanticly) and he was soo upset like he didnt look at me for the rest of the week and he still cant. On halloween I tried to get him to listen to what happened. I tried to tell him that if I went out with him this other guy woulda got involved and talked ****, and made a seen... and so when I was talking to him on Halloween, He said that he didnt know what to do, and that he doesnt not like me, like he wasnt saying anything forwardly he was just saying stuff like he had no idea. I dont know, I want to reask me out on SpringBreak, becuase he's gunna be on this trip im goin on..and I wnat to tell him that it wont be like the last time and tell him what happened. Like if you were him? what would you do, would you take me back???!!
