Which video is better: ATI HD 3650 AGP or ATI 2600 XT AGP?

I'm looking to upgrade my old video card. I'm not ready to buy a new rig yet and would like something to able to at least play current games (obviously not at max). I'm not sure which one is better in terms of raw performance. Are both better than my old card, X800 XT PE????
