Is Britain a safe haven for Islamic Terroists?

It sounds like the Brits tolerate anything that they can make jokes about, which is NOT a good way to be. But a lot of Western countries are spoiled in that way. Self-preservation is not chauvinism. Illegal immigration, terrorism, and disruption of one society by m movements of other peoples, should not be tolerated.
