Apostille a peruvian pport in US?

I married a Peruvian lady Maria Ramirez, she then changed her last name to Maria Lopez( my last name), now that we are getting to go to Mexico in vacations, her peruvian pport shows her as Ramirez and her US resident card as Lopez, will a Apostille be posible to obtain in US with a peruvian pport? Help please, we only have trhee weeks until our already paid vacations.
