How do you know when your over a guy?

its been 2 years yet id still think of him but when im with someone else he never crosses my mind yet im single right now and i dont think of him all the time jus the odd day. hes treated me qute badly after we split although it was gd wen we wer together. he cheated and thats why i finished it. do u think im over him? if not hw do i get over him he dont have my num. ive tried everything. lol. thx x
